A HRIS Associate Analyst is needed for a large non-profit based in Los Angeles and continuing to grow in company size. The HRIS analyst will provide expertise, technical assistance, and administrative support to business applications utilized by HR, Finance and other relevant program divisions/departments.
Specific HRIS Duties include:
- Provide support in various special projects related to HR and Finance applications including system updates.
- Projects to improve interfaces with other systems, projects for special reporting, and overall system automation improvements.
- This role is also responsible for timely user support for meeting service level agreements as well as developing and providing training and user documentation.
- This position will also ensure data integrity, maintain user security, provide reporting and analysis of business application data and information
- Maintain and supporting solutions for existing and new application modules.
Qualified HRIS Analysts ideally will have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years HRIS experience
- HRIS/Workday & Workday Financial experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
