Event Coordinator needed to join an established Law Firm supporting a collaborative marketing and training team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of client-facing events, including conferences, seminars, and virtual programs, while contributing to overall business development efforts. The position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Event Coordinator Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and execute logistics for in-person and virtual events, including conferences, seminars, and client programs
- Manage event timelines, registration processes, materials preparation, and vendor coordination
- Support planning and execution of client-facing events such as presentations, receptions, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify event opportunities and assist with program development
- Coordinate venue selection, catering, and vendor relationships
- Prepare, organize, and distribute event materials and collateral
- Track event participation and maintain organized records and databases
- Provide support for additional marketing and business development initiatives as needed
Qualified Candidates Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2–4 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar platforms)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
