Marketing Training & Project Coordinator needed to join a reputable law firm in Los Angeles to support the development and delivery of client-facing training programs. Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate logistics for training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), including scheduling, materials preparation, and technology setup
- Manage client communications, track program requests, and support ongoing engagement efforts
- Maintain and update training materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards
- Support live and virtual sessions, including moderating webinars and managing participant experience
- Coordinate recurring seminars and training events, including scheduling, presenter support, and attendee communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to support program promotion, visibility, and overall effectiveness
- Assist with identifying opportunities to expand training offerings and improve program delivery
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and version control for all training resources
Qualified Candidates Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in program coordination, event management, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in training coordination, program administration, or a client-facing professional environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail, particularly in logistics, documentation, and quality control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting virtual platforms, training programs, or similar systems is a plus
This is a full-time hybrid position. We are targeting a salary range of 60-75k for this role.
