Established and reputable law firm has a current need for a Marketing Technology Specialist to join their team. As an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Firm’s marketing initiatives through overseeing the maintenance and optimization of our new Firm website and customer relationship management (CRM) system, along with playing a key role in the implementation and expansion of other Firmwide marketing technology initiatives. The Specialist will play a critical part in enhancing the Firm’s digital presence and streamlining client engagement through technology.
Ideal Marketing Technology Specialists daily responsibilities include
- Leading training initiatives for the CRM system
- communicating with vendors for technology-related services,
- designing graphics, handouts, proposals, attorney holiday cards, pitch packets, and other promotional materials to support Firm initiatives
- Understanding of tracking and analyzing website data to create actionable business development tasks.
Ideal Marketing Technology Specialist candidates should have:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing technology experience required.
- Law firm or other professional services experience (financial firm, real estate, etc.)
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- A demonstratable understanding of website analytics, SEO, and data management best practices is required.
